Susan Elston (pictured left) is interviewed by Lisa Madariaga about her role in Sodexo Energy and Resources business, flying to an offshore site in a helicopter for the first time, being a woman in what is viewed as a man’s world and how her work with her mentors (both good and bad) helped her to shape her career.

Susan also talked to Lisa about her role in the Sodexo Women’s International Forum for talent (SWIFt) and their work in promoting STEM subjects to women, an area of particular focus for the Energy and Resources business.
