Having joined Sodexo in 2001, Ian’s first role was managing all beverage requirements at six racecourses Sodexo were operating at that time, including Ascot. During this time he also supported the beverage team at Everton Football Club, and in 2010 was asked to additionally support the Sodexo Events Team.
