Meet the team:
I’m the Resourcing Partner for operations. Recruiting senior management roles within soft services across the business. Providing business partner support to Sodexo Education in the areas of best practise, resourcing strategy, talent, branding and data analysis. Project lead for social media strategies within resourcing.
I have worked as a recruitment and talent acquisition professional for over 10 years focusing on a variety of specialisms including retail and FMCG, FM and specialist search.
I currently work as a specialist resourcing partner, responsible for sourcing senior level candidates within operational roles across the UK and Ireland. Typical roles being recruited within my job families include Account Directors, Account Managers and General Managers across all segments.
The majority of my hires are sourced via direct methods utilising social media and talent pools in order to do so. I work very closely with senior managers and company directors in regards to vacancy handling and resource planning and am heavily involved in Corporate Services’ workforce planning piece attracting talent to the business.
Resourcing Partner for Central and Sport Leisure and Travel, recruiting roles across HR, Sales, Communications, Marketing, Senior Administration, Project Manager and Procurement.
My job families are IT, Finance, H&S and Supply Chain. I am the Account Manager for the Defence segment. I am a qualified accountant who decided to move to the dark side – Recruitment!
Lead resourcing and recruitment responsibilities for the Justice Services Segment. Ensure more successful hiring, improving time to hire and reducing cost per hire/management time spent interviewing and other non-value added tasks. Working on enhancing current processes, employee value proposition and employer branding strategy.
As a Resourcing Advisor I manage the end to end recruitment for various roles; ranging from Catering staff, Administrators, Data Input Clerks to Assistant Managers.
